Sustainable Development
Sustainable development we have all heard about before. But not many people know about it. Let us imagine that the usable resources on earth consist of a chocolate cake and that seven individuals represent the world's population. Assuming that dividing the cake among the seven will suffice their needs. When the number increases, the per capita share decreases, and with time it will cause a disaster.
If we think about it, we will find two solutions: either the number does not increase, and this is what China did for a period of time to reduce the number of individuals. It used to reach forced sterilization, or each family should have only one child so there is no inflation. As for the second solution, which is the best solution, this cake grows when the number of people increases, and this is almost sustainable development.
We are working to develop the resources that exist in the globe and supply products, and thus we will supply the resources. Therefore, there is no fear that these materials will be finished, especially after developing the technology we thought of. We can now prepare water in the laboratories and increase the productivity of plants and many others...
What happened, is that world leaders gathered in 2015 to set the goals of sustainable development, which are 17 goals, each of them solves a problem facing people. We believe that these goals will give human resources more and more stability, and therefore more happiness. During the coming period, we will talk more about these goals and their results in the future, and the most influential people in this field.
